What happens if we look at the naked organization, without its paraphernalia such as logos, buildings and technologies? If we look at organizations as if they were 'just a bunch of people'? Concepts such as aesthetic tribes (Maffesoli), bubbles and globes (Sloterdijk), the scapegoat (Girard) and the homo sacer (Agamben), antisemitism (Bauman) and the silent majorities (Baudrillard) serve as inspiration for interpretive frameworks to look under the organizational garments.
